Shipping
Standard shipping is $10 for the first piece to the contiguous 48 United States and $5 for each additional piece in the same order. Very small items marked for combined shipping add no additional shipping charge. Sets and gift boxes are treated as one listed item unless noted.
Kim packs each order for ceramic shipping. Tracking is sent by email when the order ships.
If something arrives damaged
Reply to your order email within seven days and include photographs of the package and damaged piece. Kim will reply with replacement or refund options.
Other returns
Please contact Kim before returning an item. Pieces must be unused and safely repacked. Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Everyday care
Individual listings include care notes when a piece needs special handling. Hand washing is the gentlest choice for handmade ceramics, and sudden temperature changes should be avoided.
